Анотація: Incorporating qualitative approaches into health research is a prerequisite and result of a deeper understanding of health, how it is maintained, and why some approaches work better than others. In this course, we will consider how qualitative research could support public health research and practice, the most widely used methodological approaches for qualitative exploration, and what type of analyses one can do with qualitative data. By the end of this course, students will be able to identify which research questions could be answered using qualitative approaches, understand the benefits and challenges of qualitative research, and embrace health research's complexity.
