Анотація: The course is designed in such a way as to provide students (future health care managers) with a system of knowledge on the theory and methodology of change management; principles of implementing changes in the health care sector; formation of systemic thinking and a set of systemic knowledge and skills regarding understanding the need for change and change management in the strategic development of modern health care organizations, principles and methods of managing resistance to change; mastering practical skills of managing individual, group and organizational changes; be able to develop recommendations for managing structural changes.
