Анотація: Qualifying works of the second (master's) level are performed at the final stage of training of higher education applicants in the master's program. This work involves solving a complex problem or problem in the field of health care management based on the data of conducted research and/or innovations. The student of higher education must show the ability to plan and carry out scientific and applied research, possess a fundamental scientific base, to be able to apply the acquired abilities to creative research and educational and pedagogical activities, to master the methodology of scientific research, the latest information technologies, methods of obtaining, processing, storing and applying scientific information, to show the degree of scientific development and practical aspects. One of the most important requirements for a master's thesis is the scientific unity of the transmitted data, the absence of academic plagiarism, falsification and fabrication.
