Практична граматика англійської мови

Анотація: The 'Practical Grammar' Course is developed for the 'English and Ukrainian Languages' major and is an integral part of the curriculum for students of linguistics. Students cover various grammar topics and learn how to recognize, understand, and use grammar patterns in oral and written speech. The course also helps to better understand grammatical phenomena used in different professional spheres in written and oral speech. As a result, at the end of the course, students will know, understand, and apply the main patterns, categories, and phenomena of English grammar.

Результати навчання: ПРН-10: to know the rules of the English grammar and to know how to use them in oral and written speech.
ПРН-17: to collect, analyze, and systematize the phenomena of the English language grammar and to use them in specific spheres of professional activities and/or studies.
ПРН-20: to have C1/Advanced level of English according to CERF..
ПРН-21: to translate and interpret from English into Ukrainian and vice versa;
ПРН-22: to be able to edit English articles.
ПРН-23: adhere to the principles of academic integrity

Методи й критерії оцінювання: рейтингове оцінювання за 100-бальною системою: поточний контроль - 70 балів (робота на практичних заняттях, поточні тести, фінальні тести); підсумковий контроль - 30 балів (залік); поточний контроль - 60 балів (робота на практичних заняттях, поточні тести, фінальні тести підсумковий контроль - 40 балів (екзамен).
