NaUKMA IT specialists are the most in demand

According to the ranking of Ukrainian HEIs by IT Ukraine Association,

the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy provides the most effective IT education in Ukraine: 71.5% of NaUKMA IT graduates get employed in leading Ukrainian IT companies.

Profile data of IT specialists employed by 20 big IT companies of Ukraine including GlobalLogic, SoftServe, EPAM, Luxoft, Miratech, SoftLine and others (in general, about 10 thousand profiles were analyzed), and official data on number of IT graduates of Ukrainian HEIs in 2000-2012 years made basis for the ranking. The survey was aimed at finding percentage of IT graduates who got employed in big Ukrainian IT companies. The survey didn’t consider the information on graduates who got employed abroad and on those who work in small or middle-size IT companies or in technical departments of non-IT companies and governmental bodies.
