NaUKMA RECOGNISED AMONG THE BEST WORLD UNIVERSITIES BY QS WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKING 2022

Eight higher education institutions of Ukraine joined annual university ranking QS World University Ranking 2022. This is the first time NaUKMA is on the list of QS World University Ranking among 77% best world universities.

NaUKMA is the only Ukrainian institution represented in the category “Small” and occupies position 474 at QS World University Ranking 2022 according to faculty student indicator (ratio of students to instructors). Our university supports student-oriented approach and implements philosophy of “small university” taking care of every single student.

According to QS World University Ranking NaUKMA gradually improves the result: in 2020 we were at 93,6% best universities and now we are at 77%. During last three years NaUKMA is on the list of regional QS ranking – QS EECA University Rankings. Annual regional ranking results expected by autumn 2021.

QS ranking methodology evaluated universities by six indicators such as academic reputation (40% of grade weightings), employer reputation (10% of grade weightings), faculty student (20% of grade weightings), citations per faculty (20% of grade weightings), international faculty (5% of grade weightings), and international students (5% of grade weightings).
