Порівняльне конституційне право, конституційні суди та конституційний контроль у порівняльній перспективі, антикорупційні студії, порівняльні політичні інститути, політичні партії та вибори, міжнародне право з прав людини, політика СРСР та пострадянська політика, політичні наслідки конституційного законодавства, виборче право, перехід до демократії та демократична консолідація, суди та правоохоронні органи в країнах перехідного періоду.

 

ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ У ПРОЦЕСІ:

 

Конституційні суди та конституційний контроль у країнах перехідного періоду: це дослідження вивчає місце та функцію конституційних судів та конституційного контролю у політичних системах колишніх республік Радянського Союзу та взаємозв’язок між цими органами конституційного контролю та процесом демократизації у пост-радянських країнах.

Порівняльне конституційне право, філософія демократичного управління, порівняльна політика, порівняльне право, перехід до демократії та демократична консолідація, політика СРСР та пострадянська політика, політичні партії, міжнародне право з прав людини, порівняльні політичні інституції, порівняльні правові системи, право та суспільство, політичне насилля та тероризм.

Пріоритети діяльності на посаді президента НаУКМА

 

Програма базується на:

  • Стратегії розвитку НаУКМА на 2015-2025 рр.
  • Візії Могилянки як:
    • університету, який є носієм ДНК України та зберігає національний дух;
    • університету, котрий формує особистість – високоосвічену, національно свідому та небайдужу;
    • університету, у якому дослідження та новітні наукові розробки покладені в основу навчального процесу;
    • університету, у якому освіту здобувають чесно, а рішення приймаються прозоро;
    • організації, в якій панують повага і увага до кожного.
  • Вірі в те, що запорукою здоров'я та життєздатності університету як організації є співпраця викладачів, студентів і співробітників для досягнення спільної мети.
  • Усвідомленні, що конкуренція за найкращих викладачів і студентів є глобальною.
  • Переконанні, що суттєве збільшення розміру Могилянки або заочна форма навчання ведуть до розмиття бренду, втрати контролю якості та ключових цінностей і корпоративної культури загалом.
