A cinematic project started by mohylianians needs your support

 

A team of Kyiv-Mohyla students and alumni is working on a short indi film Zazemlennia (Earthing) – a post-apocalyptic mockumentary.

The crew consists primarily of volunteers:

  • Les’ Iakymchuk – director and author of the project (MA Program in Journalism 2017 alumnus)

  • Olena Zenchenko – second unit director (BA Program in Cultural Studies 2016 alumna)

  • Valeriia Koziarenko – assistant director (BA Program in History, 2nd year student)

  • Anastasiia Alekseienko – art director (BA Program in Cultural Studies, 1st year student)

  • Ivan Zatvars’kyi – costume designer (1st year PhD in Economics)

  • Iaroslava Velychko – make-up artist (BA Program in Cultural Studies, 1st year student)

  • Anton Herasymov (BA Program in Software Engineering 2015 alumnus).

 

The project is completely independent and lives on volunteering and crowd-funding. The crew need some financial support to deal with technical issues, transporting and to buy props.
